Will my coupon be returned if my order is refunded?
Regarding the return of coupons, please refer to the following information:
- If an order remains unpaid for more than 12 hours, the coupon will be automatically returned to your account.
- If the order has already been paid, and a full refund is issued, the coupon will be returned as long as it is still within its validity period.
*Please note: If you used the same coupon to pay for multiple orders in a single transaction, the coupon will not be returned if only some of the orders are refunded. It will only be returned if all related orders are fully refunded.
