When will the JDirectItems Auction seller ship the item?
Most sellers on JDirectItems Auction are individual sellers, and shipping times may vary.
If the item has not been shipped within 72 hours, you may send a reminder to the seller through the order page — only once per day.
If the item has still not been shipped within 8 days after the order enters the formal process, we can request platform intervention and apply for a refund on your behalf, as per the platform’s policy.
