If the item’s price drops, will the difference be refunded?
For purchases made from Mercari, Rakuten, Rakuma, and Yahoo Flea Market, if there is a price difference between the amount you paid for your order and the actual price, please contact our customer service for a refund once the items from have been received in our warehouse.
Simply provide your order ID and mention "Refund the difference" along with your preferred refund option from the following:

1. Refund in Doorzo Points: 1 point = 1 JPY, which can be used for international shipping and reinforcement fees.
2. Money Refund: Typically processed within 1-3 weeks.
