Very disappointed with doorzo this time. had received wrong item from seller and submitted proof which was also confirmed by doorzo that it is the fault of the seller. however, doorzo did not contact Mercari support to file a claim and closed the ticket. very disappointing as the cards I received were incorrect, and also damaged.
