Still a Trusted Proxy But Hoping for Stricter Quality Checks

I have ordered several times via Doorzo and they have always been consistent with their excellent service. But for this order, one of the Pandora bracelets I bought this time tore off at the edges when I tried opening the lock, as shown in the last photo. I know this is not Doorzo’s fault since it came from a Japanese secondhand site, but I hope online stores in Japan can be more strict in labeling their items properly. Despite this, I still trust Doorzo and will continue using their service.
