Package detained by customs

This time I bought a lot, but the package did not exceed MYR 500 but was detained by the customs. It was basically small items and nothing contraband. The overall package box was small and not heavy. I don’t know why I was detained by the customs, so I had to go to the local customs early in the morning to clear customs and paid some fees. The point is that it took me a week to find out that the package was detained by customs without any information or text messages
