Doorzo Air first experience

First experience with Doorzo Air. This is not the first time to buy Doorzo, but it is the first time to post and share & use Taiwan dedicated line to ship goods. Let me talk about my thoughts about Doorzo Air first. I feel that the timeliness is good at the moment. I applied for a merger on 3/30 and passed the merger on 4/4. I shipped it internationally on 4/6. I received a notification from EZway on 4/8 to pre-clear customs. I cleared customs on 4/9 and received the package on 4/10. The Hsinchu logistics driver was very nice. He carried the package on his shoulders and put it down gently at the door. The whole thing was very gentle. There is only one thing that is a bit strange. EZway’s real-name notification is that they received two packages, and they wrote to customer service to ask if this is normal? The customer service said it was normal and asked me to click OK on both transactions. I originally thought that the package was split into two pieces for shipment, but the actual delivery was one piece. Later I wrote to customer service and was told to ignore the other piece. Hopefully the customs will be eliminated in the future. When I opened the box, it was filled with bubble wrap (I forgot if I put it with extra money). It was shipped in the original packaging. The Japanese sellers are very strict and everything is well packaged. Except for the mask guy who just put it in brown paper and came out, it was really lucky that it wasn't crushed. The small toys I bought this time were all used to test this shipping line. Next time I can try sending some ceramics. The most satisfying thing I received is the little cutie co-branded by McDonald’s and Slime. It’s so cute, I like it~~
