Difficult shipment

My first pkg with doorzo, but slowest to arrive. Bought 20 cute garments and tried to send it all in one box, but it was way too much (~$500 w/ fedex/dhl for $150 of stuff). I ended up packing into multiple boxes to ship with doorzo air, which was much less. After week for consolidation and dispatch, my shipping order got cancelled due to exceeding doorzo air weight limit. It cost extra to deconsolidate and try again, which sucks because theres no way to know if the pkg will be light enough.
