First time using doorzo Hong Kong hotline

This is the first time I used the Hong Kong dedicated line. Because I didn't know how long it would take to ship. I waited for at least two weeks for the logistics to ship. I received it almost half a month ago. During this period, I kept asking customer service about when it would be shipped. The customer service answered me patiently. The price of the Hong Kong dedicated line is better. I should continue to use the Hong Kong dedicated line next time?
