Arrived safely, box is over size

I am generally satisfied with Doorzo's service. The ordering process went smoothly, and the delivery arrived without any issues. Everything with the transaction and shipping was perfectly fine. My only complaint is the packaging. The box used for shipping was way too big for the actual size of the product. It felt like a waste of packaging material, and it made the shipping parcel unnecessarily bulky and costly. Aside from the oversized box, the service itself is reliable.
