Fuji is a culinary-grade matcha made from second-flush Yabukita tea leaves grown in Yame, Fukuoka, Japan. Yabukita is one of Japan’s most widely cultivated and highly regarded tea cultivars. Fuji offers a balanced tea flavor with gentle bitterness, mild natural sweetness, a refreshing aroma, smooth texture, and a clean finish. Its distinctive matcha character remains present when combined with milk, sugar, chocolate, cream, and pastry bases without overwhelming the finished product. This makes Fuji a versatile choice for cafés, bakeries, restaurants, professional kitchens, and home use. Fuji is recommended for matcha lattes, smoothies, ice cream, gelato, cakes, pastries, cookies, baked goods, desserts, and confectionery. The name Fuji is inspired by the Japanese wisteria flower. This is pure, unflavored Yame matcha and does not contain wisteria, sugar, flavoring, coloring, preservatives, or other ingredients. Each pouch contains 100g.
