03Warehouse
Items bought through Doorzo are shipped to our Japanese warehouse. We offer 60 days of free storage and 30 days of paid storage.
Shipping
Items in the warehouse can be consolidated for shipping. The first ten orders have no consolidation fee. You can consolidate or ship individually.
Once items from different sellers or sites arrive, you can select consolidation in “My Order.”

04Shipping
Doorzo offers various shipping options to deliver your items. After paying for international shipping, your items will be sent to a direct international carrier.
Due to differences in shipping methods, prices and speeds vary. Regulations on restrictions and prohibited items may also differ. Please read the guidelines under “Account” > “Usage Guide” > “International Shipping” before selecting a shipping method.
Before your items arrive at Doorzo's Japanese warehouse, you can estimate shipping costs using the “Shipping Calculator” in the app.
After shipping, you can track your shipment in the app.

Doorzo supports over 100 Japanese sites. You can always find what you're looking for! Search for your desired items directly on the site and start shopping now.
02Doorzo Points
As a Doorzo user, you can earn points through sign-ins, completing tasks, and more. Points can be used for international shipping fees.
03Avoid Risks
Items from second-hand sellers on Mercari, Rakuma, etc., may vary in quality. To reduce risk, consider the following services:

3Product Arrival at Warehouse
No pre-storage photo service, will confirm receipt with the seller. Purchased pre-storage photo service; photos are taken before storage and sent to the user for confirmation. Users have 24 hours to confirm or raise a dispute.
