Guts berserk statue figure

This time I ordered a large statue figure through Doorzo and overall had a good experience. The process was smooth and communication was clear throughout, even when the package went through customs. Although a 2 small parts arrived damaged, and an arrow was missing, the item was still mostly intact and well packaged considering its size. Delivery was fairly quick, and I appreciate how Doorzo handled a complex international shipment.
