Great Customer Service

I had a couple questions about some of the shipping and delivery times of the products I purchased, but customer service responded promptly and lessened my concerns. I was happy to receive everything within an expected timeframe. For one of the items I ordered, I selected the battery removal service and this process was completed very efficiently. I could begin my order consolidating soon after which was a relief !
