What should I do if I want to verify the item’s photos?
You can choose the pre-storage photo service to verify the condition of your item upon arrival at the warehouse.
If you find that the item does not match the seller’s description, please submit an appeal within 24 hours of the photo being uploaded and include the reason for your appeal.
We will contact the seller and the support team on your behalf.
