I have many items and want to ship them together to save on shipping. How should I do this?
If you wish to send multiple orders in an international package, we recommend using Consolidation Service.
Once all the items you want to consolidate have arrived at the warehouse and are marked as “Arrive at warehouse,” you can click on “Order Consolidation” in My Order.
Consolidation is free for up to 10 orders. A 100 JPY handling fee will be charged for each additional order.
Note: Once the mergerrequest has been submitted, it cannot be canceled after 12 hours.
