I want to ship an item containing a battery. Can I use air shipping?
Here is a summary of the lithium battery restrictions for each logistics option:
1. Japan Post (EMS, Air packet, Airmail, Surface Mail)/ DHL
- Only 2 items with built-in lithium batteries are allowed per package.
- External (loose) lithium batteries are not allowed.
2. FedEx
- All lithium batteries must be built into the devices.
- We recommend keeping the number of lithium batteries in each international parcel to no more than 15.
3. ECMS / Doorzo Air
- These services do not support shipping lithium battery items.
- These two shipping methods are available for limited destination countries only.
4. Doorzo Taiwan Express
- Items containing batteries are not supported for shipment.
If your items are currently restricted from air shipping, please click "Apply for lifting air restriction" on the logistics selection page. Once approved, you may proceed with air shipping.
