What does international shipping fee difference mean?
The international shipping fee difference refers to the difference between the prepaid shipping fee and the actual shipping fee. If the prepaid shipping fee is higher than the actual cost, the difference will be refunded accordingly.
The package's weight and volumetric weight will be remeasured before shipment, and the international shipping fee will be calculated according to the carrier's billing rules. If the actual shipping fee is lower than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded. If the actual shipping fee is higher, no additional payment will be required.
