If you select "Remove/Replace Seller's Original Shipping Box" when creating a shipment, our warehouse may remove or replace the outer shipping box used by the seller to send the item.
Please rest assured that unless the seller used the product's original packaging itself as the shipping box, we will not remove the product's original packaging, such as figure boxes or retail packaging, even if you select the option to remove the seller's original packaging.
