How do I purchase items on Doorzo? What is the process?
Shopping with Doorzo is simple. The process is as follows:
① Select an item and make payment
Search for and select your desired item on Doorzo. After confirming the item details and order amount, complete the payment.
② Wait for the seller to ship
Once the purchase is successful, the seller will ship the item to the Doorzo warehouse.
③ Item arrives at the warehouse
Once the item is stored in the warehouse, your order status will update automatically. You may choose to ship it individually or consolidate it with other stored items.
④ Select a shipping method and pay the shipping fee
After selecting a suitable international shipping method and paying the shipping fee, your parcel will be shipped from the Doorzo warehouse to your delivery address.
