Why was the limit automatically returned even though I didn’t apply for a refund?
If your JDirectItems Auction limit exceeds the refund time limit, manual refunds cannot be processed. To prevent this, the system will automatically refund your limit.
Refund details can be viewed in the APP → JDirectItems Auction → My Balance → Refund → Refund Details.
