Why is my JDirectItems Auction order not showing in the 【My order】?
Please check your JDirectltems Auction order on the Auction Center page. If the order is shown under “Won Bids,” it means your purchase was successful.
Once the seller confirms the order details, the order will enter the formal process and then appear in your My Order.
The formal process begins after the seller confirms the information through Yahoo.
Note: Since some sellers are individuals, processing time may vary, so please be patient.
If the order does not enter the formal process within 8 days, we will request Yahoo's intervention.
